Refund policy

  • Any request for a return must be reported either through Instagram Dm’s or throught E-mail
  • Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The items which you want to return must be completely new, unworn, unused and undamaged. The product must not show any sign of wear and the product must not be dirty. The product also has to be in its original packaging and the packaging must not be damaged. If the product doesn’t imply to our conditions the product is being sent back immediately back to the customer at their expanse
  • refunds may take a couple of business days to process. It is all handled by MolliePayments.
