- Any request for a return or change of size must be filled out through this form
- Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of delivery
- The items which you want to return must be completely new, unworn, unused and undamaged. The product must not show any sign of wear and the product must not be dirty. The product also has to be in its original packaging and the packaging must not be damaged. If the product doesn’t imply to our conditions the product is being sent back immediately back to the customer at their expense
- Tags must still be attached to the shoe. The return won't be accepted when tags are missing.
- refunds may take a couple of business days to process. It is all handled by MolliePayments.
- Returns are at the expense of the customer, is it is his/hers/its responsibility to get the ordered item to the allocated location. The way the order gets there is also the responsibility of the customer. Any loss in this process will never be the responsibility of us/Kikokickz.
- Custom Sneakers can not be returned, since they are custom for every order.
- In the case that the consumer chooses not to send the shipment using [ Aangetekende zending ] which we highly suggest you do. We will not be able to refund the order. We are legally required to suggest that you as a consumer use that specific shipping method, so that we cannot be held liable in the case of a lost shipment.
